I've seen about this:

http://www.ironsky.net/

in some cultural news show yesterday. It sure sounds promising. Here is what one of the producers said about it (from memory):

We all now these science fiction movies where the bad guys usually resemble some nazi-style figures, most prominently star wars. So we thought, why not throw some real nazis on the moon and see what happens.

They have me interested. They also have some interesting financing ideas, getting shares of the movie and things.

Just thought to let you know...

Thanks for the link to this, the little I saw already looks about 10^10 times better than the average SFC movie of the week.

So this is an actual movie?

I have to admit that I did not read through the whole homepage, but on TV they said it is supposed to come out next year.

Actually, I did not think of it as some kind of PR stunt, but if it is, it is a very good one with lots of references on other sites like wikipedia.

If it is a movie, I think that it could have potential.  Will have to wait and see.

I came across this awhile back.  It seemed interesting but I think there was something about the plot they may have changed that seemed way out of place or odd.  I can't remember but something seemed to problematic.
Ah, the good old days.
