In Development: 'The House on the Edge of the Park Part II'

North Bank Entertainment has teamed up with legendary Italian director Ruggero Deodato ("Cannibal Holocaust") and actor Giovanni Lombardo Radice ("City of the Living Dead") to develop a sequel to the 1980 cult film 'The House on the Edge of the Park'.
The screenplay will be written by Andrew Jones, from a story by Ruggero Deodato and Giovanni Lombardo Radice. The film will be produced by Ian Grey and Andrew Jones for North Bank Entertainment.

Ruggero Deodato will direct the film, with Giovanni Lombardo Radice reprising his role as 'Ricky'.

I love the uber-sleazy and cheesy first one, but I have a feeling this sequel will be a copy of the Last House on the Left remake. But we shall see.
