Heaven help me, but I've been waiting for this to get a DVD or Blu-Ray release.

A deliciously bad movie.  I remember seeing the poster in the lobby of my local movie theater (the poster was just a picture of the shield).  The movie never came to the theater and a short time later I was in a local video store and there it was, available for rent.

I have vague memories of watching this when it came out on video.  I don't remember liking it but Red Skull looked cool.  I also recall that the suit had fake rubber ears, which Wizard magazine made fun of for a very long time.

Glad it's getting a high quality release.
