I watched this last night after downloading a VHS rip of it, and it was one of the most entertaining bad movies I've seen in some time. Hulk Hogan stars as Rip, a wrestler with a heart of gold, and a penchant for ripping his shirts in the ring. Kurt Fuller plays the villain, the head of the "World Television Network" who stages a "Battle of the Tough Guys" (seriously, this is what they came up with) to find someone to beat Rip and win the championship. They eventually find Zeus, played by Tommy Lister, who is an utter psychopath. It's actually sort of similar to Rocky III in some parts, with Hogan as Rocky and Zeus as Clubber. There's a car chase scene near the middle of the picture that ends with one of the great bad movie exchanges. Check it out, you will not be disappointed.

Really bad movie.

But an enjoyable one.

Don't get too close, it's dark inside.

I have to list Kurt Fuller among my favourite "that guy" character actors. Nobody plays a douchebag like he does. And he's shown some range when roles have allowed it.
