Hello,

I'm looking for the title of an unintentionally hilarious movie I've seen years ago on some local channel. Here are bits of what I recall:

- Cold War special agent genre, somewhere from the 70-80's
- I can't recall any title pattern, but it may have the word "doctor" somewhere in it
- the main character (US agent) was a blonde, average-looking guy
- his mission was to blow up a supposedly powerful Soviet transmitter on Cuba (that actually was a satellite dish on a rotating platform, on the top of a wooden scaffolding)
- the main scene involved him being surrounded by Cubans, lighting a dynamite stick from his cigar (!), and throwing it under the transmitter (the "explosion" was made with fireworks)
- the computer profiles of the agents had revolving 3d silhouettes - you could actually see the silhouettes actually were the actors themselves, trying not to breathe while standing still on that f**king same rotating platform
- the Russian agents spoke Polish

That's all I remember, unfortunately... Please please please, has anyone seen or heard of that turd? I think I've lurked deep enough already, and I still can't find any trace of it. I also tried to search the archives here, but I didn't even know how to look for this...

Please?

It sounds like DEADLY SPYGAMES (1989) with Troy Donahue.
Donahue was a blonde teen idol in the late 50's-early 60's.
He later when on to do many exploitation films.
