Secret chamber discovered somewhere in Egypt, King Tut's joint I think, a coffin is dusted off & brought to L.A. A technician finds 5 large round diamonds in the coffin & sells em. The mummy awakens after being hit with radiation, ( they x-rayed him), & then goes after the 5 people with his stones. He takes em back 1 by 1, then places em on a metal triangle which transformes him into a Sleestak, then he dissapears.

Kinda neet flick. Wish a part 2 would materialize.

Ah yes, otherwise known as Jewels. The problem with this movie was that it was a good story, but it lacked visuals. Whole thing was filmed at a College campus it looked like. No Egypt images in the beginning when they discover the chamber. Could have gone to the desert round L.A somewhere for the intro. & much of the cast looked like college kids, not like real scientists & technicians & Egyptologists or Archeologists.
