guys draw cowboy + indian pics that start fighting

during the film, one guy draws cowboys and one draws indians on a wall, which then come to life on the walls and start fighting -

any ideas?

Oh wow. Something about that seems very familiar. Is it possible this is tv rather than a theatrical film? I say because something about it seems very tv to me.

it is possible yes... also it's going to be something from early 80s or older, forgot to mention that. thanks for any help
