Shark Movie, failed TV animal Series, Amazon expedition

My family and I were talking about bad sci fi movies and all agree that this one is one of the worst.  I think its about sharks.  The hero is a failed Wild Animal Series host that took over the series from his dad.  He makes episodes that have no relationship to facts.  There is a road trip and expedition to the amazon. They end up in a hospital with one of their friends boners caught in someones throat.  Someone gets an arm bitten off.  It's just plain unbeleavable.

Amazing, that was it.  I didn't remember all of the stars that are in it.  I will have to watch it again.
