My buddy's sister is a nurse and she's got all kinds of horror stories about things like this -- Coke bottles, hair brushes, etc. Such tales were always a big hit at parties.

According to the article, this is part of a collection of photos featured in a book.  I imagine it will be a Xmas best seller.
