I bought this DVD-R from Cinema-de-Bizarre.  It's a high-quality widescreen print in French with English subtitles.

First, the subtitles are the smallest I have ever seen.  I watched this on a 55 inch TV and after about 5 minutes I gave up on reading the subtitles.  Most of the time, I had no idea what was going on.  Fortunately, every time the movie started to get dull, two women would take their clothes off and get into bed together (bless you, Jess Franco!)

Anyway, most of the movie takes place at a seaside castle.  Dracula sleeps in a coffin in the basement and every once in awhile he awakens, sits up, bites someone's neck, then lies down and goes back to sleep.  Then we get a scene of a bunch of guys sitting in a room talking, then a scene of naked women, and this trend repeats itself for most of the movie.  Someday, I'll sit really close to the TV, read the subtitles, and figure out what the hell was happening.

"Do not walk behind me, for I may not lead. Do not walk ahead of me, for I may not follow. Do not walk beside me either. Just pretty much leave me the hell alone."

If it's anything like Female Vampire by the same director it probably didn't need subtitles anyway. that was just an excuse for some gratuitous V & A (vampire & ass) and looks like this one is too  :teddyr:

Then I take it. This is not a remake of "Dracula's Daughter" from 1936 w/ Gloria Holden, Otto Kruger, and Hedda Hopper.

Now, there was a film. Outside of the Spanish language version of "Dracula," I think this is the best vampire to come from the '30's.

And some 36 years before "Daughter of Dracula," we already have vampire films that hint at the possibility of a vampiress and her female victim having a lesbian relationship.
