Your First Car

My first car was bought from my grandmother when I was 18 and still in school. I drove it once, before the maternal unit drove it and had someone hit her from behind and wrote it off. the good news is the insurance payout was to the value of the car, not the price I paid for it so I actually made a profit. Go figure! ;-)

Mine was a Toyota 1300 pickup ~ known as a 'ute' in Australia and a 'bakkie' here.

I miss that little car: it could literally go anywhere and do anything except fly.

My first car was a 1994 Chevrolet Cavalier. Man, I loved that car.
