It's a copycat of Terminator I, I think, in the early 90s. All i remember is that after some action, the leading male and female characters get into a motel in later afternoon and have sex. There's an extended sex scene there.

it was cyborg cop, thank you very much. I watched it when I was 11 or 12, with my dad. It was so dam embarrassing. it's fun the watch it again.

Cyborg Cop!  I remember that movie!  And I remember that sex scene with Alonna Shaw, who I first saw in the Van Damme movie Double Impact.  More unclothed boobage, but only the prelude for the wonders of Cyborg Cop.
