www.imdb.com is reporting that the British director Michael Winner has passed away at the age of 77.  :bluesad: RIP, Mr Winner: thank you for Hannibal Brooks, The Mechanic, The Stone Killer, Death Wish and The Big Sleep.
We shall meet in the place where there is no darkness.

I'm afraid I've only seen Death Wish but I've been meaning to explore more of his work.  RIP.

Borrowed the original Death Wish from the library after I heard this news. Haven't seen it in many years, hoping to get to it sometime in the next couple of days. R.I.P.

The ending of that film still gives me the chills: no spoilers to those who haven't seen it but it is a great ending.  :smile:
