80's horror film monster headed naked woman

I just thought of another film, definitely 80s, a girl with a fish monster head (nude body) who kills anyone (maybe any male) who looks at her. I remember one scene clearly with a guy drunk on a beach who she's holding a spear at, he grabs her ankle, mumbles something, then passes out and she lets him live.

Sounds vaguely like Death's Head Virgin.  The girl was naked, used a spear in some scenes, and wore a mask that could have been taken as a fish head.

After scouring the internet and managing to find a copy on a Turkish website, (No DVD exists and I don't have a VHS player anymore) it turns out that it was Deathhead Virgin.  I watched the movie when I was around 8 and I could only remember that one scene.  Thank you very much, Akiratubo.
