Horror movie

hello every one, i am searching for a horror movie. it starts like, a man who has cheated by his wife, so he kills his wife and opens a motel, where he serves the meat of the people who he kills and the cops will be investigating him, he, himself will give the interview, pretending that he is not the actual person, at the end, he will kill the cops.
please find this movie for me.
