I must admit I'm not always up to date when it comes to the latest internet meme that my friends share on facebook. The latest one seems to be this:

I do understand what it is about. What I don't get is why is it making its rounds now (or rather, again) as this was posted all over the internet last year June/July 2012? I have a feeling I might be missing out on some current reference or something.

Another meme I don't "get" is the Ermahgerd one. I've read about it, and its origins, but quite honestly I still don't think its all that funny?

How do you feel about this meme stuff?

Some are funny, some are not.

They kind of fall into two categories:

1)  those posted by a clever and witty person
2)  those posted by a 9 year old with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder

Not a heck of a lot in between.

Most of the funny ones get the funny beat out of them after the first week or so.

There's also ones posted by Reddit users.

I don't even pretend to "get" some of'em. Others make me chuckle.

On the other hand, I am soooo tired of seeing that "Condescending Willy Wonka" photo all over Facebook.

Meme's are funny when both used corecctly and not over used. I get my daily dose off memes from FB pages I like that end up posting stuff that goes into my Facebook feed... That is all I seem to use Facebook for.
Then I did not just look into the mirror, I looked through the mirror...
