90's movie

I remember a few quotes and scenes. Its a movie I caught on a movie channel in the 90's. It wasn't a porn. A romantic comedy.
One scene is were the two main male characters are at a hockey game. They are talking about women and two complete strangers (women) jump into their conversation. I remember that one of the girls says something like "no woman stays by the phone waiting for a guy to call"
Another scene. Same two guys take the new complete strangers to a aparment (don't know who's apartment it is) The stud of the group has sex with the dominant girl. The other guy is sitting with the other girl in the other room and the quote from the girl is "do you want a hand job" and then it goes to another scene.
Any ideas???

The title is 'Something About Sex'. The woman having sex is Hudson Leick - she plays a baddie in Xena Warrior Princess. Jason Alexander also has a role in the movie.
