I think the title was a play on words like . SUB(standard)MARINES    .The mission was to retreive satelite from russua sea and I remeber laughing my but off like watching the spoof airplane .The ending was dodgeing russian subs on the radar screen but mocking a Football video game on the radar screen and screaming touchdown . I think 1995   saw it on cable
