Help finding weird musical with a chinese kidnapper and flying car

Hi,

I remember watching a strange musical on TCM, it started with a girl being kidnapped by a chinese guy in a chinatown setting. The movie involved a bunch of girls being kidnapped.

At some point she meets up with some other older lady, who's husband seemed to be a nazi.
And in the background during one scene there were lewd statues, also there may have been a flying car.

Very surrealistic film, been trying to hunt it down for ages, possibly from the 1960's to early 1980's.

Any help would be appreciated!

When I saw the words flying car, my first thought was CHITTY CHITTY BANG BANG but I doubt that's your film.

I ended up finding out the film was called "totally modern millie", man what a hassle it was to track it down though!
It was worth it, the film is insane, and my curiosity needed to be satiated.
