Coffy is fantastic. Probably the best of Jack Hill's sleazy exploitation films, and I mean that in the best possible sense.

I love the footage of Pam Grier blasting the dude in the face with her shotgun in Fausto's review on this website.

The last seduction seems like the ticket, jackie brown would count too if I hadn't already seen it.
I recently finished watching the T.V. show damages, and that had a good female antihero.

It's hard to find films with darker female protagonists...
