Just for fun, I looked it up...
It's kinda like my nose hair trimmer, except it's got a little flashlight in it, so you can, like, i dunno, shave your nose hair in the dark, or something....

To answer Sprite's question, That could be what the little flashlight's for, albeit, It's probably a better idea to use a magnifying glass.
