Only men would expect women to react to exposed male anatomy the way men react to seeing naked females.  

I suspect the target audience for a restaurant like that would be gay males.

Oh no doubt.  The mention of the magazine "Playgirl" brought up the female appeal factor.

Wasn't Playgirl mostly meant for gay males? I always thought the "for women" thing was just a pretense.

You may be right. <shrug>  It is not something that would have occurred to me during the brief time it was 'a thing'.  
All the same...you don't think 'straight' males harbour the fantasy that women should swoon over their manly equippage?

Hmmm...so "Hooters" was for males and "Tallywhackers" will be for males.   

Yeah... young makes are under the delusion that young females like to be texted pictures of their privates. It's quite the problem apparently.
