Dang, just ONE day on the Internet and I think I'm already bogged down with stuff I don't want.  Just tried to find some programs that could do some of the stuff I used to be able to do, example burn my CD files into mp3s (not WMA's like the default program does), and so forth, but some of these websites (even ones I used to think were legit like CNET) installs a bunch of other crap with the stuff you're trying to put on.  They even disguise the "download now" button as the button for the program you wanted, to trick you into getting something you didn't need.

AHHH, it's frustrating!

Anyway, anyone know a good, legitimate program I can try to clear up some of this stuff?  I've got Spybot Search and Destroy on, and and Webroot security going, but I think I'm missing something, as, among other things, my search function in Windows 10 isn't working.

(sigh)
