This covers more than just "bad movies" but figured this was as good as any place to post.

This may sound weird, but I enjoy really movies that are so old that the audio crackles, and has static in it.  Anyone else like this? What are some that you'd recommend?

Two that come to mind for me, both from the 1930s and both starring Bela Lugosi, are Phantom Ship and White Zombie. Looking forward to your responses

Soundtrack crap (like crackle) must be a sub category for BAD Movie lovers.  Poor, badly recorded, or dubbed soundtracks often add a lot to the BAD Movie experience.

Earlier iterations of less well known films, or public domain stuff (NIGHT OF THE LIVING DEAD is a very prominent example) on VHS or DVD often yields unrestored direct transfers.

CARNIVAL OF SOULS is a great bad movie, definitely messy, definitely creepy, and the creaky soundtrack (all dubbed) adds to the other worldly quality (and crappiness) of this, one of my favorite flicks.

If you want to view paradise . . . simply look around and view it!
