     I picked Option II.
If it's true what they say, that GOD created us in His image, then why should we not love creating, and why should we not continue to do so, as carefully and ethically as we can, on whatever scale we're capable of?

     The choice is simple; refuse to create, and refuse to grow, or build, with care and love.

We never played the Trivia game like a game, we do read trivia questions and do our best to answer.

Yes, but I usually feel bad about it afterwards, especially if I'm playing a game against other people.  But, if it's one of those "Answer ten questions correctly and win ten game bucks for the mobile app you're playing and you get no second chances" then I say, "F**k it!" and go all out on cheating.
