Saw it twice on the weekend: loved its' silliness.

Didn't like seeing Robert Vaughn getting spanked, though. 

It was actually so terrible, I think I'll watch it again.

I don't really care too much for Chris Rock, but I also thought Pootie Tang was hilarious.  It was like someone made a joke no one understood so they tried to make a movie to explain it, but it still didn't make sense.

I haven't seen the movie, but he disowned it because the studio took it away from him and recut it. The cut you see isn't the version he wanted.
