(Guess) man charged with breaking in and stealing neighbor's undies

A Panama City, Florida man was charged with stalking and burglary after he was reportedly caught entering a female neighbor's home without permission this week and was confronted by the woman's boyfriend, who was there alone at the time.

Isitro Lee Sanches, 58, was charged in the case with stalking, burglary of an occupied dwelling and three counts of burglary of an unoccupied dwelling.

Police also allege that, on previous occasions, the suspect stole some of the neighbor's underwear and left other underwear in her car and on the porch of her residence. Officials say he reportedly wrote a note expressing a desire to see her wearing the items he'd left in her vehicle and on the porch.

The suspect in all the incidents, Sanches, was identified, tracked down and arrested after he reportedly entered the woman's home while she and her car were away from the location. Police say the suspect ran away when the victim's boyfriend confronted him.
