Comedy---Arabs Playing (American) Football?

All I remember is I saw it one afternoon at my grandparents when I was little and thought it was hilarious. The plot seemed to be a sheik hired an American football coach to come help him form a football team, and I remember they played in native Arab clothing on a sand football field. I'd guess....1960's vintage?
