Research for a friend

Ive never heard of this particular movie, and ive seen many. My friend is looking for a movie she saw a long time ago, and she thinks it might have been made in the 60s or 70s....only thing she can remember is that this lady would eat brains, and her own would get bigger and bigger. Anyone seen something similar to this? Thanks
