1970's style movie about a woman who gets involved with a robber. she seems to be a "lost" soul who loses her job at a sewing place then shacks up with a traveling salesman then hooks up with a robber in a cheap brown suit - it was like 5 (?) hours long and it was set around New York- I fell asleep and didn't finish it or saw who was in it

Apparently the film was called "WANDA" and it was actually filmed in Pennsylvania. Guess I stumped the forum first time out-
