I was never charged or tried .

Odd to think a social justice advocate such as yourself did not seek legal advice to address such a violation of personal liberty.

Very odd.

It was "legal".

A judge abused some members of my family in his court and fined a few for contempt when they spoke out against his abusive tone. One was sent to jail for 30 days because been judge didn't like tebwayne looked at him.

I was 17 and spoke out against the judge a lot, called him various names outside his court,  posted some things about him on early social media, etc.

Then the judge's car was burned.

I was held on suspicion without bail because of the " serious nature" of the incident despite having overwhelming evidence that I was 40 miles away at a convention at the time.

I was held in juvenile until my 18th birthday, then transferred to county jail. I was raped there while guards ignored it.

After a year it came to court and evidence placed me at the convention. I was released.

Later it was found the judge had had his teenage son Molotov his car to have me put in jail for badmouthing him. Insurwnce records showed e'd boosted te insurance on hus  car just before the arson.  A man who raped me in jail offered to testify he'd been out up to it by a staffer who said the judge in his case would dismiss fares against him if he did it. The feds were investigating the judge for corruption and made a deal with the scum and the staff at the country jail. Seemed he'd been fixing cases, helping people hide assets in divorces and on taxes, etc. Someone he helped was busted on something else and offered to expose a crooked judge to tale some time of his sentence.

The judge was indicted and convicted in federal court for several charges. He admitted to framing me and having me raped.

I sued the country and state and collected some damages. Taxes and my lawyer got most of it.

So, ER,  got any more snide, insinuation laden questions about my past?

Er, in the first place this was a fairly quiet story before every single thing ever mentioned went into the net.

Secondly, I'm frankly sick of you. You snide insinuations, your little japes, your subtle trolling. I hope this board has a block list function.

Just was understandably curious about where I might follow such a story of massive judicial corruption and arson and insurance fraud and false imprisonment of a minor, either online or maybe in old news. Sounds like a big story so I'm surprised it was kept so quiet like you say the media being what it is. Well none of my business after all so I won't bring it up again.

PS, when you show up new to a place and proceed to say you hate me for my religion, hate my religion itself, hate my country, hate my job, hate a family member of mine for this person's political views, hate about everything by the sound of it, you gotta expect a little pushback.

In fairness I've also given you good karma several times and never given you bad karma, and complimented you a few times and was basically asking for clarification about your claim of being imprisoned without charge, not saying it wasn't real. If I've hurt your feelings I'll try not to anymore and it'd be nice if you'd return the favor.
