I think the space bird in "the giant claw" was a better monster than the one in "Reptillicus".

An image of repticillicus in all it's "glory". Yes, the trumpian tiny "hands"/forelegs/paws(?) are utterly immobile and stiffly fixed to the body. Yes it has tiny, immobile wings.  Yes the mouth is cleanly sealed in the back. Yes it is eating a segmented cut out picture of a man.
