I'm trying to remember a movie i saw, it was B&W and one scene i remember was a young man just getting out of jail or prison and two suits were waiting to inform  him he was drafted. He informed them after a year in jail he wasn't interested in another form of regimented life and to check back with him in 6 months the walking away. That's all i can remember.
