I go through afew b-movies in search of alternatives to mainstream.

& this one is on my top 10 list of movies that are a rip off!

It was supposed to have been a superhero movie made back when the superhero craze kicked in.

But after watching it.

It became appearant thay some one took a lameo Asian movie about some mafia types taking over some Government & inserted about 12 minutes of some even lamer action about a guy who is supposed to have super cat powers & inserted it into the allready super lame movie.

This movie wouldn't even be worht a $1 to rent.uch less buying it at any price!
