Was looking up a personal childhood favorite of mine last night on the IMDB.  I'm sure a lot of you remember the Richard Grieco spy flick "If Looks Could Kill".  I watched it over and over as a child and I believe I might still have it on video somewhere.

I was looking at the different credits on the site and noticed that Fred Dekker wrote the screenplay.  I knew the name from somewhere, and after a little searching realized that it's the same Fred Dekker that wrote the fantastic "Night Of The Creeps"!  This guy is a pure genius when it comes to bmovies!

Seems really weird to find something from my childhood tied to my current love of bad movies.  Maybe the film corrupted me at a young age and has somehow influenced my taste in films...or maybe it's 2:30 AM and I'm rambling....probably the second one.

It sounds like it rightfully did, since those pea-brained critics never get the clue to why B movies are so damn popular.
"If Looks Could Kill" is an interesting mix of the different style of both the ex-"21 Jump Street"'er/bad B movie star, and the lomg missing, decent filmmaker of a handful of overlooked genre classics("The Monster Squad","Robocop 3","Night Of The Creeps"),even though it's not one of my favorites(I'm glad to see that it has its own fans, though).
