More awful news.

I was at a relatives auto shop a couple weeks ago and there was a guy having his car worked on. He had a dry,  hacking,  wracking cough, one I was familiar with.

I talked with him while he was getting his car worked on and  told him I had thst cough too, and had accidentially found that claey's old fashioned hard candy really cut it down a lot. I had some on me I keep in case my cough comes up and offered him one

Within a few minutes his cough was reduced quite a bit.  Well,  as I suffered from the same thing I was glad to help.

Yesterday my relative sent me a letter and in it was an envelope from that  guy he'd given her to give me.

There was a handwritten note in it thanking me for my help, he said it had really made his life better,  hecs had that cough for years and medicine did next to nothing for it. He thanked me for telling him where to get his own claey's and lo, at the bottom of the page was taped an honest to ghawd C note. He said it was nothing compared to what he no longer had to spend on cough drops,  syrups,  etc.

I honestly never expected any real reward for what I did, the candy I gave him was only worth a few cents in what I paid for it. But I remembered what it was like to have that damn dry,  wracking cough so much. I was glad just to hit that damn cough back by helping someone else beat it.

But the hundred was sure nice even if i never expected it.

So I got a good break, I hope it just agonizes some of you. 

And hey, I picked up some good karma that really matters.

Why would I be happy if something bad happens to you? Why would I even care one way or the other? You're too pitiable to truly hate, though you are hateful. You're a cripple and only a bad person would want more misfortune for a sad case like you. If you helped another person and like that feeling inside, do more good work and you may feel happy about yourself more often, and you'd probably notice you'd begin to hate other people less and maybe have a better view of life and the world.

I would prefer if he got no replies at all when he posted something like this, because this behavior would dry up if he weren't getting the attention he craves.

This s**t really got going when I posted about my rpg sessions and you jsut had  to snark about me NOT making typos and after taking so much shut over them ti have someone throw it at me for not making any I went off on you and since then this whole f**kingboard with a few exceptions like saint Trevor have been attacking me constantly.

Nice find, ha. It was the first MST3K I watched which made me love the show, and that particular image reminds me of the riff "he looks so peaceful". That movie is simply the worst ever made, no doubts about it.

There's something called the wisdom of the crowd, and if as you admitted above, virtually everyone is offended enough by you to attack you, maybe you should stop and consider that the crowd could be right and the problem might be you.

And if you're able to reach that point another question to ask would be, what do I do that angers others?

Then maybe you could go from there and make a sincere effort to stop doing those things and rehabilitate your reputation here.

Maybe you should take a little time off, let the dust settle, think things through and come back and take a new approach to your participation in this forum. I think you could make worthy contributions here if you would only change some things about yourself.

If you need help with a list of what it is about you that grates on other people I'm sure some suggestions could be provided.

I think you like being here, so wise up.

Given the amount of posts he makes here I have wondered if this isn't his full-time job. Part of me thinks he just has nowhere else to go. I could be wrong, but I suspect he has a long history of being banned from forums or moving on once so many members get so fed up with him that they quit. He is too old to realise why things don't go his way and not smart enough to change even if he could accept the root cause of his problem. Funny thing is, I don't want to see him banned, and no matter how much crap he brings on himself I don't think he has the self-respect to quit on his own and as I said I don't want him to. A few years down the line, I hope to introduce Ash to this place and share my love of bad movies with him. Maybe he won't be interested and this will not happen, but I want to show him sven's posts and say "Hey look, this is what happens when you f**k your life up and blame everyone else. When the world throws a s**t sandwich at you and you break and crumble."

Oh and of course, if you act like an arsehole and treat everyone else like s**t this is exactly how you should expect to be treated right back.

I think he'll set a damn good example of what not to be like.
