My favorite is the obvious. The EXORCIST (1973). This movie did what horror movies should do.
Scared the beejesus out of me!
I seen it when I was eleven years old. The Strand didn't care! As long as our sticky little fingers had money-you were in.

I always liked 'Fallen'. Thought it had a nice twist ending. For sheer dumb fun though I have to say 'Shocker' though. That was supposed to launch a franchise aimed at replacing the Nightmare on Elm Street series.
