Child’s films from the 80/90s

Good morning everyone!

When I was younger, I had a ton of VHS tapes. The film series featured a young woman. I honestly can't remember much details. But one scene I remember was her fighting in the rain and she had Pegasus.

Also, I don't know if it's from the same tape, but there was a short on it that featured sausage dogs and a machine that stretched them? I'm sorry for the lack of anything, but these tapes are from when I was 4 or 5.

It's bugged me for years. If anyone can help, it would be awesome!

Thanks guys, but I should have said it's not her. All my google attempts came back to her, but it's not. Man, I wish I had some more information to go on. The scene in the rain, I'm sure she was beat up and left in the rain.

Could it be THE FREEDOM FORCE? It does have a Pegasus and a female character, although she's not the one who rides it.
