The Lawless Land (1988)

As a connoisseur of bad films you tend to develop a tolerance for awful movies but this one is just dismal. This is a western set in South Carolina (not the sci-fi flick of the same year) and has some of the worst production and composition I've ever seen. Producer and all-round organizer is Ronald Kootz who is actually fairly accomplished. Can't post links but the film is up on youtube under a channel called Vix Systemathik Crew. It's an absolute steamer and needs more recognition. I thoroughly recommend it!
