Reminds me of the "Family Man" in Hellblazer, who was a dapper British gentleman of advanced years whose pastime was killing people with nail clippers, beginning with the eyelids.

Fun fact: The Family Man was supposed to be the keynote speaker at the (ahem) "cereal convention" in The Sandman, but when he was unable to attend,---thank you, John Constantine---The Corinthian took his place.
