Not today. I had a long train journey to do and even though I was hungry, the thought of actually eating food just wasn't appealing, although I did force myself to eat a sandwich and some fruit eventually.

not until after seeing the doc( routine wellness for curtis) and him getting his blood draw for the cardio doc visit in october. he promised not to whine about the blood draw if i give him fried chicken when we get home, lol! i'm down with that!
