I was introduced to this movie during my very first week of college back in 1992 by this strange (and incidentally Polish) girl down the hall. A "Pirro" Mount film and part of the Pirroverse is this USA Up All Night gem from the 80s that I had long forgotten about.

The title is an obvious parody of American Werewolf in London, but the plot is more like a coming of age, boy looses virginity type story full of terrible jokes, puns, and outdated (and incorrect) social references, but hell, it's still entertaining AF! The whiney main character, the vampire dad, and the main girl's room mmate were all gold. The references to his other work show up at the bath party (A Spy Who Did it Better and a "Queerwolf" movie) in a scene that really serves no other purpose. Best of all is the dream sequence (and especially those beats); at first I thought someone dubbed in a modern track.

Does Dupa loose his virg...I mean, get his first bite? You can find out on Tubi (as well as watch the making of, if you really wanna torture yourself). We recently watched it on my weekly B-Movie Discord stream and it was a big hit. It's on the same level as Jesus Christ Vampire Hunter.

I definitely recommend the experience -not sure about the film, though heh.
