ID this zombie movie?

I saw a low-budget zombie movie on cable several years ago and with all the recent talk about zombies, it just popped back into my mind and now I'm wondering what the title was.

 It was set on an island with a mostly black population. I remember at one point, there were people on a bus stalled somewhere out in the jungle at night, possibly tourists. Actually, I think a good portion of the movie was set at that bus with people wandering off and getting killed. The ending was set in a deserted house and I seem to recall one zombie with a board tied behind its back continuously trying to get through a doorway and the board hitting the wall on either side knocking it back over and over.

 Does this ring any bells?

Kinda sounds like "Serpent And The Rainbow" but I could be wrong.

I don't know what movie it is, but I kinda doubt it's "Serpent and the Rainbow."  The description just doesn't sound right

Nope, definitely not Serpent and the Rainbow. It sounds like it might have been Zombie Island Massacre.

After these last couple of posts, I am now very sure I'm wrong! Can anybody confirm what movie it is?

Listen can any of u guys tell me of the name of a zombie film starring rupert everett as he lives in a cemetery with a bald uncle festa like assistant.
