Message Board Edit Function

Squishy and Cullen asked for it, so I located and installed a modification to the message board.  If you register (and login, of course) you can edit your posts.  It also lets you set a standard signature, etc.  I did some work in the coding for a number of pages, so let me know if you see anything screwed up.

My only warning is that the email address you use to register will become public; it is displayed on your profile page.

Also cool is that when folks click on your "name," they will get a link to your homepage (if you list one of course).

that's a cool thing.  i'll check posters' sites out.

(hopefully they'll visit mine as well.)
