Scarlet Love

I was looking through the Book of the Subgenius (a great read-- any religion that advocates the watching of "badfilm" is OK in my book), and, after listing movies like Plan 9 and Mars Needs Women, they name the greatest bad movie ever "Scarlet Love," apparently some independently produced film from Texas. IMDb doesn't have a listing for it; anyone know anything about it? Like Joe Bob says, "They make the weirdest movies in Texas..."
