The Manster, Pigs, The Man who turned to stone, Demon Seed, those are a few more I thought of. And yes, I too MST3K a lot of films, even ones I like, though mostly ones I hate.

jmc, I kind of also know what you mean about the contempt and mean-spirited tone MST3K had for some of the films they did, especially after the switch to SCIFI. But I also noticed the change in tone after Joel left. When I read parts of Mike Nelson's book (can't remember the name), I thought to myself, this guy doesn't enjoy watching a bad movie and poking fun of it, he just likes mocking movies. To me, the book felt like he was cynically cranking out a product, figuring that enough people would buy it based on MST3K loyalty or name recognition for him to make a buck. Which would make him just as bad as some of the film makers he was lambasting.

Joel H. had a different attitude, i think. More Midwestern, so to speak. Less harsh, more playing around and haveing fun. It works for me, and the change was noticable. Still, there are many shows that did make some awful movies bearable.
