has anyone seen this movie?

I have been looking for a movie seen about 3 years ago about a dentist who rides a motorcycle with a side car to hold his equipment when he makes house calls oout in the country. May be foreign. I think it was something about a "smile maker" or "I make smiles"? Anyone have any info?
