I saw this movie two years ago and although I have no desire to see it again, it was both entertaining and scared the crap outta me.  

The first zombie (wet and black and fringey looking) and the half-zombie with the snaking spine, they're burned into my mind's eye forever.  
The older man who crawls into a crematorium when he realizes he's turning into a zombie, with his overwrought crying - that will stay with me too.  (Anyone recognize him in Mulholland Drive?)
