Crap, I missed most of, hopefully it comes on again!

I watched it, pretty fun. I really don't like the changes AMC has made recently. They now show commercials and edit cursing and nudity. They used to be dependable for uncut schlock films, but now they're only a little better than the USA network. :(

I agree. I caught Beyond the Valley of the Dolls a while back, hoping to finally get a good introduction to Russ Meyer, only find several obvious edits (many uses of the "slow-down-the-picture-to-cut-out-the-nudity" trick). It was alright, but it felt kinda flat.

Seriously, have you ever tried watching this movie? My mom and my sister actually took me to see it when I was a small kid and we all hated it. Just awful!

AMC has now joined Bravo and a host of other channels that I now consider worthless. I can't watch most movies on any of the commercial channels, I get too annoyed by entire scenes being missing. Like Demolition Man on TBS; One moment Wesley Snipes is kicking the glass in the museum, the next instant he's throwing the guy through the glass. You never seven see him pick the guy up. They cut out the whole "burger and a beer" scene from the underground part, but if you look closely, there's still a quick shot of him holding the beer bottle when they go over to the car.

the whole editing/censoring thing amazes me...

...we can watch thousands die as buildings collapse over and over yet we can't hear the farting scene in Blazing Saddles...and yet "south park" can swear and say things much worse than what is being edited out of many movies...

i don't get it.

...that was one thing that made me laugh while watching the casey character in Terror Firmer...he used words like "mother-scratcher" and "pooper"...i assume a joke aimed at censoring language.
