Another stomach-puncher from the IMDB (edited for brevity):

(quote)

"Pitt Sets Sail as Sinbad: Brad Pitt is the latest star to take on the role of adventurer Sinbad in a new animated DreamWorks project. The movie hunk will lend his voice to the heroic sailor in "Sinbad: Legend Of The Seven Seas," which will also feature the voices of Michelle Pfeiffer and Catherine Zeta-Jones. DreamWorks boss Jeffrey Katzenberg...says, "We're trying to capture Brad's million dollar smile. For 10 years I've dreamed of getting Brad Pitt to play one of these great action-adventure leading men. He's just so charismatic."

(end quote)

Okay, it's not so bad once you know it's animated. And it won't be as bad as John Phillip Law or Patrick Wayne. But the initial shock almost made you chuck up, didn't it?

(baloney that may become true some day)

"Antonia Banderas Takes To The Stars as Prince of Space, new Dreamworks animated epic. Marlon Brando to get eighty million dollars asthe  voice of Phantom, Dictator of Krankor. Melanie Griffith will portray Big Ears, The Matronly Giant With A Heart Of Gold."

(the baloney never ends)

Nope.  Didn't bat an eye, didn't feel a twinge.

Know why?

I've seen Captain Sindbad.  If Guy William can play Sindbad, ANYONE CAN!

(Not that I think he did a bad job or anything, but come on.  Guy William?  As Sindbad?  Who got who drunk, man?)

ZORRO!  ZORRO!  ZORRO!, the theme song Cullen can't here without cracking up.

Hmmm...I don't know whether to be entirely disgusted or slightly intrigued. But who to play the kids in their nauseating short-shorts? One of them would have to be a girl, of course, possibly the kid from I Am Sam, and the other could be one of the Harry Potter kids.

It's silly the way they get big name stars to do voices for cartoons.  Gibson as Captain John Smith?  Brad Pitt as Sinbad?  Matt Damon as Stallion of the Cinnebon (worst animated film I have ever seen - didn't speak to my niece for a week).  The only actor they got who added any more than a no-name could have was probably James Earl Jones in Lion King.  Though I thought Rosie O'Donnell as a gorilla was pretty much on the nose.

Not a big deal to me since I rarely see these kinds of movies -- just seems like a waste of budget.  Ironically, Banderas is the guy who should be playing/voicing Sinbad if anyone.

Patrick Stewart and Martin Short acquitted themselves well in Jimmy Neutron.

On the subjact of voice acting....
....Don't remember the names, but the u.s. cast of Princess Mononoke did a good job.
